  • Our new home away from home

We just picked up our new 2018 DRV 40KSSB4 Mobile Suites from RV's For Less in Knoxville, TN. We spent 4 days with them while we migrated our "stuff" from our old 2008 DRV MS into the new one. Karen and Butch and their staff made us feel right at home.

The team at RV's For Less was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and show us how to use the various components and systems of our new 2018 40KSSB4.

The team was extremely patient with us. They made us feel like we were part of the "family" that exists at RV's for Less.
I know working with the public can be very frustrating. From what we saw, team at RV's For Less excels at meeting the customer needs.

They were all are customer service oriented and we appreciate that in this day and age. Hard to find anymore.
The PDI was completed and the few issues we had were fixed while we were there.

We know if we ever need help, we can call or visit RV's For Less to get their support.

You can say that we are truly "happy campers!!"

Very nice. You should really enjoy that unit. We love our 40KSSB4 (as I shared on your DRV Facebook post).

Are those zero gravity stairs and are they standard on 18's?

Those are the new Morryde Step Above. They are now an option from DRV.
No more springy diving board steps. No more wobbly entry into your RV. Now you can enter and exit with confidence with the StepAbove™ by MORryde

Personally have ZERO issue with the 4 step standard DRV steps. I have added a small step since we added 3" risers.

Very nice rig and congratulations on the new home! I have heard many good things about RV's for Less in Knoxville. We were heading there before we found the deal on ours. Safe travels and great memories!
