  • Need some electrical advice quick!

We have a 2008 Mobile Suites 38RLSB3. Just lost power to everything on the street-side of the RV. No power to the living room TV, kitchen microwave, kitchen island, or the washer & dryer. Checked fuses & breakers in the interior compartment by the front door, no breakers have popped. Went out to the electrical pole & all looks normal there.
Interior lights & bedroom TV on the curb side of the RV are working. Don't know what to check next or how to fix this - need some advice!!
    Thanks!

If none of the circuit breakers have tripped. Then I would check beneath the kitchen slide out, ther are two square electrical boxes there.Check to see if there might be water and or corrosion inside those boxes.Make sure you disconnect the power before working on these wires.

Check your power box and your cord (both legs) before you get to far into anything..RV parks are pretty bad with bad breakers and plugs..Thats probably the problem..

UPDATE: Right now, it's looking like there's nothing wrong with our rig, but actually a problem with the electric pole on our campsite. Of course, it's Saturday, the office is closed. So we'll limp by for now & hope we can get someone from the camp office to assist tomorrow. Thanks for your suggestions - it's great to have other Suites owners to help when there's a problem!

sounds like you lost one side of the 110 coming into the trailer. definitely a park problem. if they have a 30 amp outlet on site and you have an adapter, you could use that until the problem is fixed. you would at least have power to the entire unit.

If there is a breaker out in the hookup box push it hard to the off position.
Then turn it back on and that may reset it.
If you have an energy management system look at the readouts for L1 and L2. You may be missing one or the other.
