The Rally is open for registration.
This campground works a bit differently then others. If you are attending you will make pay the the fee to the SOITC club. SOITC will then pay the campground for all booked sites.

Members will get to choose their site from the rally area site map in the order in which they booked online through SOITC.

1, 2 or 3 days post rally are available at the rally rate by choosing that option during checkout.

Pre rally days are available at the regular site fee, currently $99 per night.

The 2-3 days preceding the rally the Adirondack Balloon Festival is being held about 4-5 miles form camp. It is also the week of the Hershey RV show.

Events expected to include

Meet & greet
Group dinner on the Lake (but not Lake George)
Lake George boat cruise
Pot Luck dinner
Brewery, distillery and/or wine tours

Hello all Lake George Rally registrants.

First time using this feature of the website, so we will see how it works.

We currently are down to 14 registered attendees for the rally, there have been a few cancellations due to the virus fiasco. 2 campers are registered but unpaid as of today.

We need to know if all the currently registered campers are still planning to attend. This rally was originally booked with a potential of 60 sites blocked. We have dropped that block to 40, then 30 and currently have it 19.

Virus update:

If you were planning on being in the area for the two huge regional events be aware that the Adirondack Balloon Festival has been canceled.

The Hershey RV show seems to be up in the air, but there is very little on the show website suggesting it is a go. I've heard rumors that camping world has pulled out for this year. Those that attend will know that CW is a major event sponsor.

The campground has advised me that many establishments have reopened and have had an increase in allowed patrons.

The campground is in full operation, pools etc. Retail shops (those that survived) are all open and current restaurant capacity is at 50%. The cruise boats are all in operation as they are considered dining establishments.

Of course all of the above is subject to the whim of NY's governor.

Please advise as to your intentions.
