My toilet sprayer started dribbling when I would flush so I bought a new one from Camping World. After a couple of months it started dribbling. Last June at the rally a SOITC friend gave me a new one he had and now it has started dribbling. Has anone else had this problem?

    Tom,

I wonder if it is with the valve assembly and not the sprayer?

It's the sprayer if I slide my finger off the handle and let it snap shut it dosent leak. But it will get worse and that will quit working too.

Replaced ours about 3 years ago for the same reason. Bought a better quality (Delta or Price Pfister, I think) kitchen sink sprayer at Home Depot and have not had any problems since. The toilet sprayers sold at all of the camping supply stores just seem too cheap to me.

Ours was also dribbling, so I unscrewed the bottom of the sprayer nozzle, took the hose and tapped it inside the toilet a few times and stepped on the flusher. I again tapped a few times with the flusher going and water shot out of the hose. I put it back together and have not had a problem with it since.

I think the problem is more with the water than the spray assembly. Try remove the head, disassemble or at least use a piece of wire to keep the valve open and them soak it in CLR. When this happened at home it was because the water was hard and sediment formed in the valve and held it open. We (all of us) camp in all kinds of places, the water quality is unknown in most of them.
