2nd AC in bedroom

I have a 2008 Mobile Suite model 32TK3 it has a breaker labeled 2nd AC currently I have a roof vent in the bedroom and I want to put an AC unit there since I have a breaker for it does it mean it’s pre-wired for it?
I know in my factory paperwork it was an option for a 2nd AC in the bedroom

Pull the shroud from the ceiling and you should find wiring.
